When you follow someone the next day that’s been on your duty or another duty :

1. Bundles of mail brought back that you have to throw back in.

2. Letters that need killed off strewn all over the frame.

3. Undone re-directed letters&flats bundled up with the re-directions.

Might be a minor thing but I'll add the dividers are smashed and loose due to jamming parcels in that don't fit and that's before you get in the van where you find pop cans, banana skins, crisp packets...

I got in a van a couple of weeks ago that looked like someone had just emptied a rubbish bin into the passenger side footwell.

I used to be guilty of this. I’d come in 15 minutes early to throw my 1st tray in.

I used to get annoyed with various things but just choose to accept some fellow colleagues that can't tidy up after them and move on.

If they won't change how to tidy their mess, they will never do it. Thank goodness I don't live with them, that would be a nightmare.

my float comes in doesn't check the IPS so leaves me a tray of loose mail.

the usual kill offs, dividers pulled out the frame, "missorts" for awkward delivery points.

random parcels (including tracked) that can be delivered left on the top of the frame.

d2ds never done despite counting them out and labelling them.

Thankfully my day off cover doesn't leave elastic bands scattered all over customers' paths, mainly on account of not existing.

Piles of letters on the bottom step of a three-storey climber, bands all over the ground, full breaks not taken, items doorstepped and then they come back early and brag about your delivery being "easy".
