I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Let me guess - the plan is to only deliver all letters 3 days a week.

I can only assume the management in every delivery office is telling the same lies everyday.
On top of their usual lies of course

If RM can seemingly tell blatant lies to the PC then what is the point of having such a Committee?

Why is everyone getting so overexcited about such a non event?
Why does nobody mention the fact we prioritise Special Deliveries or collections?
Why does nobody mention the fact we prioritise Special Deliveries or collections?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

No staff, No overtime, No incentives too finish early because you can't. No cover on your day off. Yes the business is falling apart, and our new leader is doing a great job by doing nothing.
Its like watching your house burn down but there's nothing you can do about it apart from watch. In my eyes this is what Daniel Kretinsky is doing but laughing at the same time.
Seems like he has a timetable of destructive events over the next couple of years and they don't look promising.

Not had the new WTLL briefing? Everything is being reported correctly. Sign the sheet to say... you acknowledge you've been told/believe it?
If I was in a very cynical mood I might make a wild and unsubstantiated claim that the intention is to gag people from passing information to the committee. Attempting to impede a parliamentary investigation would be a very bad look, if that were the case.
Any Questions?
Yeah, how do I get out of this chickenshit outfit?
