AVC’s New Pension

Hi

The AVC’s that we are building up in the new pension, can we take those at any time without affecting the rest of the pension or do we need to take it together.

I don't think you can be a contributing member of the scheme and take your AVCs but if you leave the scheme you can transfer them out.

Also if you take your lump sum and your income for life you have to take your AVCs
