Will the old app be fully phased out eventually including wage slips?![]()
https://royalmailgroup.workvivo.com/login
I've tried testing logged out and then tried to log back in on the desktop site as doing it on the app I don't have to put my password in.
So going on the desktop site you can select forgot password and reset it via a link sent by text to your phone, maybe try that.

Re: Robin app
no way I'm getting the Robyn app. I don't want my data shared to Meta /Facebook. Just noticed annual leave has just been removed from the people app. Will request a hard copy of my leave

Re: Robin app
Is the Microsoft authenticator an app you had to install on your phone ? I didn't have to do that iirc, anyway maybe try uninstalling it and go back to the start try to log in or even register which may result in it saying you already have, I'm just guessing/clutching at straws here.richietns wrote: ↑19 Feb 2026, 16:20Thanks but that didn't helpRve83ndxd wrote: ↑18 Feb 2026, 18:05Try login in at https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/get-s ... ure-portal![]()

Re: Robin app
Yeah hopefully you get it sorted I know myself and others have got straight in but there's plenty on here saying they can't, it's bloody ridiculous isn't it when all it's supposed to do is give access to fundamental information regarding our job.richietns wrote: ↑19 Feb 2026, 17:20I should've got a text message verifacation instead like you mentioned but its turbocharged way past all that im just going to ring up and get whatever i need reset thanks anyway.ted_e_bear wrote: ↑19 Feb 2026, 16:40Is the Microsoft authenticator an app you had to install on your phone ? Re: Robin app
I consider myself technically savvy but registering for this app and finding things on it really was a ball ache. What on earth were they thinking?

Re: Robin app
I know, thankfully I got in without issue but there's a few in the do that can't and they're far from being technophobic, as far as the actual app is concerned I've got the important stuff sorted which is what you got on the previous people app but jeez if you scroll through it it's full of absolute shite
