No it won't, we've got people who don't have a smartphone or a PC, plus what, are they going to have us all sat there on our phones in a wtll session because I'm pretty sure most won't be doing it in our own time at home.

People app is stopping apparently

The People App isn’t stopping as such, just that you’ll have to go via Robin

I tried installing Robin app last year but had no luck. Today my manager told me that the people app is stopping next week, and gave me a step-by-step sheet of instructions on how to install Robin app. Just tried and got to the screen where you input your pay number, NI number etc, and all I get - after a lengthy wait - is a “undefined” message. I give up

Welcome to the club. Can't login with the two different passwords they provided (one in the notes on wageslip and a different password in the People app.)
Rang IT for a password reset and they gave a convuluted method of getting my manager to email someone with a code within 24 hours and it still doesn't work.
Managers are going to get through a lot of printer paper at this rate. Probably cheaper just to hand out paper wage slips like before.

Exactly this, I only use the people app to check my payslip the Thursday before payday(monthly) when that stops working I’ll enquiry about the robin app.

This month allegedly,I'm in a doom loop with Microsoft authenticator wanting to authenticate the actual authenticater its ridiculous this Robin nonsense,if you make one mistake when setting up it can mess the whole thing up,I actually got on Robin but tried a week later can't get on it

I don't know if this will help at all but if you managed to get on initially you must have gone through the complete process of registering so maybe you could try.

I've tried testing logged out and then tried to log back in on the desktop site as doing it on the app I don't have to put my password in.

So going on the desktop site you can select forgot password and reset it via a link sent by text to your phone, maybe try that.

It is closing on 2nd march according to last weeks payslip.

If it's any help I've listed a few useful direct links, see link below, first one is the people app via robin which is probably the only one you'd need but the others go directly to the relevant tiles if you want
