Surely RM are not providing the service to the customer that they in turn are paying for, not having the workers or not employing enough to provide the service is the companys fault, they have had enough time to rectify any problem, and they should be held accountable by ofcom and any consumer watchdog for not providing the service they claim and charging plenty for that lack of service.
We all know that they intend to try to get the USO changed again but they already got that and still can't fulfil that, what makes anyone think they could do it if changed again.
Make them at least show they can manage the current USO before even talking about anything else, and fine them properly in the pocket and make them take notice, not some slap on the wrist.
Please god they finally get some comeback for their lack of service.

Its all one big con job to make it seem like we cant cope with the letter side of the business

Without mentioning the only reason the letters are failing is because they have cut the number of bodies and made the duties too big
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

Can everyone sit back and say nothing. We all know what is going on. What future? We are almost on minimum wage right now.
