I'm less than a month into my NRA60 pension and the RMSPS side (Capita) has been ten times better than RMPP both in comms and administration.

There's a nice long thread about Capita and the CS pension on the MSE forum - quite a few unhappy bunnies:

I haven't taken any of my RM pension yet, but I have contacted RMSPS/Capita with a few queries and based on my experiences I agree with Freespeech. They have been a lot more efficient than the RMPP!
