Been happening for decades it won't ever change,managers love these type of people.

And probably the reason SISO is still not linked to wages

Our manager had to tell the idiots to stop signing in early because it was causing problems with payroll, they still come in early but clock in near the correct time

I don't have 8 hours overtime for this month, so my holiday pay will fail.

Same trick last January and I wondered if that was the reason then. All those on overtime through Christmas. One month of no OT. f**k up the average holiday pay then OT back in February.
