ROYAL Mail needs to innovate and work with its largest clients to modernise its service if it is to survive, the head of the postal service watchdog said yesterday.

Probably only counting the RM waggons going into MCs and Not the TNT, DHL and all the DSA ones that also unload at MCs and NDC. But hey we only believe that volumes are not falling, apparently the talk of the boardrooms is that they are.
