Postman/Postwoman - typical hourly rate is £12.17

Compared to the guy who says "you're late today postie, didn't they have your bag ready" so am I. Having a qualification can be determined as a having a vast experience of the job you do and be like comparing the nervous newbie with the "cope with any problem" experienced worker. This applies quite honestly to any so called unskilled trade and I would maintain that experience and it's application to your job should be rewarded. I think you will find that we have long periods of work but NO periods of zilch which makes us a better candidate for financial reward.Night Tonic wrote:I live in the same house with one. The experienced worker is obviously more employable if he's going for the same line of work, but has sod-all to do with qualifications.[ Having a qualification can be determined as a having a vast experience of the job you do and be like comparing the nervous newbie with the "cope with any problem" experienced worker. A nice idea widely used in the "real world", but then why should some 18-year-old newie get less for doing the same job as some lifer?and I would maintain that experience and it's application to your job should be rewarded.
