Â£400 is not a bribe or a carrot and stick job!

CWU did not agree to colleague shares, RM imposed it and the CWU managed to modify the criteria for quailfying for payment to increase our chances of getting some money from RM!

It was originally Â£800 linked to budgets and profits but CWU manged to get RM to agree to make 50% payable on aggrement to local flexibity.

RM sent out a load of propganda for the scheme and a certificate last year which contains what and when they pay out.

Would you rather have the original criteria?

Not sure, but think that is a MAXIMUM figure that we can achieve, so could well be even less

Depends on how good profits are for parcleforce, they are carrying us now, it used to be the other way.

Notice how its target? They should pay out on % of profits regardless of what the profits are!

Financial year is done so its just a matter of time untill we know, hopefully RM wont take as long as last year!

Found out why I only got Â£182

RM COCK UP!!! Surprised?

I should have got 5 months at full whack and then 7 months pro rata (30 hour week), so RM owe me aprox Â£160!!!!!

RM decided that I started in september 2007 which was when my buy down of hours took place, in reality I started August 1991.

I would suggets that if have buy down people who changed since during the financial year in your office that you get them to check their money!!!

2008/2009 criteria are

Â£200 for local target

Â£200 for group target

So thats Â£400 max were as 2007/2008 is Â£800 maxium

Both our Dom, and Som seem to think it is likely we will get this as well - though i wouldnt believe a word our SOM says.

Soms have been scrapped in my area and replaced with cluster managers, our previous SOM is now Delivery Lead for the PE and CB postcpode areas.

Which after a bit of digging I found a list of the businesses, subsidiary and associate firms within the RMG and there is a fair few.
