What is Colleagueshare Local Dividend?

Post by PhilthyPhil »

Had this in my pay today, no idea what it is and no one was really able to explain it other than saying its a bonus of some sort (duh). What's it supposed to be for?

I got about £180 but I have only been there since November. Still, I wasn't expecting to get any as I started after the strikes and everything so it was a nice suprise.

Have been trying to fathom out how my share came to £388.07p. --------Cannot work out this odd amount whatsoever!

includes overtime

The amount you get is worked out not only on contracted hours, but also includes overtime done.

I am 31 hours by contract but got 360 quid (not 310) cos i average 36 hours pw with overtime.
Please sir can I have more?

What are your contracted hours PhilthyPhil as I started around same time as you and I only got £91 on a 25hr contract.

I started on 30 hrs but went full time in Febuary and I do lots of overtime as well if that makes any difference.
