If you state what the issue is, senior reps may respond

If I may jump to conclusions: AV item + request for a senior rep = (alleged to have) delivered one without following the process.
Any Questions?
Yeah, how do I get out of this chickenshit outfit?

That's what I thought, the process is pretty robust though, first screen is input year of birth, it's going to be a tough one.

I noticed Amazon age verification items (bottles of booze obviously) abandoned in communal area of a multiple address location.

These damn things are embarrassing, if they look over 25 you shouldn’t have to ask for their year of birth. Had an irate one today who runs a business from home, firstly saying FFS when I asked for the year of birth, then “FFS don’t they know I’ve got work to do” when I asked for a signature and photo. :left:

I personally think that if the item requires that level of verification, it shouldn’t be available to purchase online. You should have to get off your backside and take your ID to a shop to purchase it.

Some of ours would have turned straight round and said fine, forget it, you'll have to come and collect it from the delivery office, they don't take s**t from anyone.

Yeah the person wasn’t annoyed at me, just annoyed at the process. Had a grin about it as I went back to the van.

I had an Amazon one left on doorstep for me when I got home the other day, clearly Amazon are not as concerned as RM are regarding these, not that I have a problem doing them to be honest.

We have had a few toldnoff for using the same year all the time.
Managers know everyone signs for them, they just want us to make sure we use different years so looks OK to the people checking

You’ll be looking 👀 at a hefty sentence when they find out you signed on their behalf for some bowie killer zombie knife 🔪 & the recipient is now running 🏃 around some school playground 🫣

But where would the economy be if we didn't facilitate everyone's laziness? :cuppa
