When do we find out what holiday dates we have got next year after March 2026

Hi, Are your annual leave weeks allocated by RM, so you have to request to change your weeks through the manager / other colleagues, or can you book as and when to what dates you need etc ?

We get allocated the 4:full weeks by a daft rotating spreadsheet that always gives me weeks off out of school holidays, it's dog s**t.

When your name appears on the holiday list, then it's your turn to pick. Choose three different options, then check the flip chart a few days later to confirm your chosen holiday pick.

Repeat again when it's your next turn.
