This year gonna be one of the busiest ever in delivery...

Delivery staff working their arses off....

The bonus for the last 20 years been 200 quid... appalling really.

Come on royal mail.... show you appreciation for your front line staff..
And not show delivery staff hatred and contempt.. like you normally do....
Give a big thank you...... not second class stamps... which is disgraceful..

And reward the staff with a 500 quid bonus...

yeah deal of the century, due to their great negoationing skills the 200 bonus was going get reduced to a big fat zero, but they secured a great deal for our members of £100 , would not suprise me, but u have to work 3 years if ur a new start to qualify its a great deal, no shame!

If you can't complete in your time, then don't. Otherwise, claim for overtime.
