Think the pride has been ripped out of us. You see it in the office , doing the bare minimum etc. only the same faces coning in early .

Why when there is no job and jack

And the business is micro managing our duties

Under no circumstances tell management you are burnt out. They'll take you off driving duties then try and force you out. They have all sorts of pretend medical experts only a phone call away to "" help you "". Like the mental health line . You break down we sack you. Can't drive ? We move you then sack you. It's cheaper than VR... don't fall for any of it.

Explain more? Is the mental health line a con then?
