Yodel - Milton Keynes camera captures driver kicking parcel

A delivery driver has been caught on camera hurling a parcel at a customer’s front door before booting it across the ground.

Shocking doorbell footage shows the Yodel courier launching the large package - containing a set of three suitcases ordered by homeowner Sean Hardy, 60, towards his property.

The driver then kicks the box closer to the door and appears to shout aggressively towards the house before snapping a photo to mark the delivery.

Sean, who was sitting indoors awaiting the already hour-late delivery, said he heard an "almighty crash" and checked his doorbell camera to see what had happened.

The package was left soaked in water, with one corner completely torn open from the impact.

Sean, a former builder from Milton Keynes, said: "I was completely gobsmacked.

"I was inside waiting for the package, which was over an hour late at that point, when I heard this almighty crash.

"I thought I should check the camera in case it wasn't safe to go outside, and then I saw the nutcase on the recording."

Sean added: "I still don't know what he said when he shouted.

"I was pretty taken aback by the whole thing."

Sean says he has not opened it, in case doing so causes further damage.

He contacted the suitcase brand it Luggage, about the incident and sent them his doorbell camera video, to which they responded by offering a full refund or replacement.

The luggage company also said it would be launching a "formal investigation" with the courier service partner.
