Hopefully the business are now going to send the stamps out earlier this year in order to make allowances for the fact that our Christmas cards will all now sit in frames for a week plus?

It seems to becoming clear that DK hates all of us just as much as the previous board did, although they were probably working under his guidance anyway, even I'm surprised he's been this petty about stamps.

My 2c free stamps arrived today with the Christmas card from our great leaders. Last year they accidentally sent me 100 instead of 50 so i shouldn't grumble really

It’s a subtle hint what the company’s hierarchy and ultimately the new foreign billionaire owner think of us all. Second class humans to be stomped on and exploited to further Mr Kretinskys already gigantic wealth.
Message received loud & clear. you're blaming us for the the failure of your plans and we're simply not worthy of your corporate ambitions.
Although this is the kind of c#nts trick that has Rickaaaaays fingerprints all over.

He doesn't care one iota, that's what this shows. When the redundancy protection runs out in 2028 he'll happily cast people aside.

Did the CWU know this was happening? Seems strange they haven’t mentioned it before, guessing they hadn’t been told

Yes. Very. I’d like an explanation from someone high up as to why they’ve done this.

Clearly means less 1st class over Xmas to contend with 50 X 100,000 1st class they don't have to worry getting fined for

It's to try to kill 1st Class Mail as much as possible. Whether that's a good business tactic or not - I don't know.

I don't think it's a good idea giving us stamps anyway as a lot of us give them away. I give them out to 5 different people and they never need to buy stamps because of it. How is that good for business when thousands of us will do the same. Royal Mail give out 4.5 million stamps to us.

I don't need 50 frigging stamps each year.

I'd prefer an extra £50 Xmas Bonus instead.
