I've no idea why RM are so quick to hand out full uniforms to high starters until they've shown they are up to the job and won't leave within a month of starting.

It should be just a high vis and if the role needs it safety shoes until someone has been with RM for over 6 months.

It just about is, new starters don’t get full uniform for ages.

New entrants are paid £13.06 in my area, in line with others.
Legacy staff are on £16.38 when you take into consideration 3 hours worth of paid breaks and shift allowance per week.

Does that include the delivery supplement that we also miss out on? no idea how they get away with paying people inferior wages for doing the exact same work,

yeah, sorry I meant delivery supplement. shift allowance was an old payment. But yeah, my figures include delivery supplement.
So you're talking around £100 a week difference.
