Just noticed on my leave that it's geared towards seasonal variation again (30 hour contract but days leave credited as 5.50 hours in August, 6.50 hours in October.)
I was under the impression they'd scrapped this shambolic idea- is it back for next year or (and this is more likely) has RM not bothered to update their holiday system?

Re: Seasonal Variation 2026 question
Staff in our office have been deducted an incorrect amount of hours for time off as well. Wasn't this supposed to have been stopped?

Has it been scrapped completely?? A managerLondonsburning wrote: ↑26 Oct 2025, 19:41Umm, no it wasn't. They scrapped it because they were hemorrhaging money through O/T payments during the so called 'quiet period'

Re: Seasonal Variation 2026 question
They scrapped this so we are wotking 2 hours less this christmas and yet they have just landed new contracts with Temu and Tik-Tok. Probably spending a fortune on Sales and Marketing to get us MORE D2ds too.
They really don't have a clue, our office struggling to get bare minimum done at the quiet end of October.
Will be doing my basic 35 hours pw - rest of the s**t is their problem
