We were told in september along with the payrise (which has happened) there would be backpay from April coming to us if you qualify (with of course no explanation how you qualify or not.)
After all these weeks has any one got their back pay? Or know what the criteria is to actually get it?

Re: Backpay
Yeah, I was wondering about this as well. The email they sent was very vague in terms of qualifying criteria.
However, I’m pretty sure that if you were registered and actively doing some shifts from April onwards (and are still doing them) there’s no way you can’t be eligible.
I personally haven’t heard anything more about it since their September email, either in terms of actually receiving it, nor a timeframe for when I might do. I’ve just sent them an email. In the (by no means guaranteed) event that I get more information, I’ll update it here.

Re: Backpay
Cheers, at least we're seemingly all in the same boat.
Good luck getting blood out of a stone
edit: and as if by magic my banking app says I'm getting more out of Angard than I'm expecting so tomorrow could be the day.

Re: Backpay
Yeah, it's on payslips now. So, even though my rate was cut, I was paid adjustment from 01/04.
If I knew, I wouldn't be taking holiday to top up my payment.

Re: Backpay
I've not received an email or a payrise (although I am on a pre strike rate)
One thing to be aware of is pension contributions. If you are having pension deductions then make sure that they have deducted from the adjustment.

Re: Backpay
Please can I ask what hourly rate people are getting now after the rise (particularly Sundays)? We've not had a rise for years, heard nothing.

Sunday daytimes are £22.21 but I rarely get chance to do a Sunday shift. There’s some unsociable hours Sundays which are more.
Weekday lates which is what I tend to get offered are £17.03
