had 6 weeks off and came back into this utter shambles. Just made a hard job that little bit harder and more time consuming coming up for xmas. I said to the manager this all just feels like sabotage, and he said 'yeah thats what we said'

It's something to do with getting rid of fixed walks

Theyve wanted this for years, i remember managers saying it ages ago. i fail to see how this is efficient, unless its designed to fail as much as possible. People wont go above and beyond being messed all over the place

I dug this up in May, from a 2010 report about sequenced mail in the context of the planned introduction of P&L.
The truth! wrote: ↑25 Jan 2010, 18:52They the[n] gave that same work sequenced and it took on average 1 min 30 this indeed did save time on the normal prep. But 1000 in 19 mins is in no way realistic. Now we asked the question of repitive injury and they responded by well they start aching then they can start sequencing work at another part of the walk.
The machine stops.

The part highlighted in bold doesn't even make any sense? I can't see how RSI can develop, or not develop, just by moving the order of a frame around, particularly when MECH post is now so light.
