Better to get it logged with CS too - they get complaints from customers generally and if you only refer it to the office manager, CS may not know and won't have the combined info to pass on to IB.

I have actually got a wee problem and looking for some advice, whether I am being daft or paranoid I have no idea.
Some of my mail, and mail for the area which I live in, (I have had a few complaints about this.) have not been arriving when they should be or at all. Now first reaction is blame the postman but I can't blame the postman because A I work with him and apart from penny pinching, I do trust him, plus I check my mail quite often whens he sorting(He actually lets me know what letters I have got and my family have.) and B letters, cards, parcels are still going missing even when hes off and the someone doing the round, ie, someone like me. I have tried complaining once before when my CD player got stolen, but my dom is as much use as a chocolate kettle on a shove with tweedle dee and tweedle dum using flame throwers.

In the past few weeks alone I have had a bank card plus pin not turned up, a few documents, and now its turns out even a cd.

So what should I do, i am going in to my office tomorrow to have another with the dom but again hes useless so any suggestions.
Hi its sounds as if you have a thief in the office call in the I B .
A thief will never steal from his or her own walk,so that they can switch the blame elsewhere .
