Capita lost the contract to administer the TPS last year but unfortunately for teachers nearing retirement they are still handing it over. I know because my wife has been affected by this payment delay.

Capita are due to take over the admin for the Civil Service pension scheme soon, and it seems there have been problems with that takeover process:
