Winter Flu Jab

Post by BenacreNick »

Wouldn't it be lovely to see DK put his hand in his pocket and protect us all from the nasty germs out there with a free winter flu jab in a few weeks time.

Should definitely be a thing.

I’ve booked mine but will have to pay for it.

The amount of surfaces we touch on a daily basis we should be provided with PPE or at least hand sanitiser. But RM standards say we're not allowed either because someone might be allergic lol :left: 🤡

We used to get it for free, one time a nurse came into the office and I had it there.

Before covid we got a free flu jab. There was a qr code you got in the courier & gave to the chemist. Was something like that.😆

While I was still a postie, free flu jabs were available through RM during autumn/winter '21, I had one. No idea since then.

Unlike the three covid vaccine jabs I had that year, the side effects from the flu jab were very minor, my colleagues were shocked to see me present to do my shift the day after! :chuckle
