A robber has been jailed for more than a year after being caught viciously attacking a delivery driver in broad daylight.
Demetri Draco, 32, attacked a DPD courier on duty at an address in Green Lane, Derby, last June, while trying to steal a mobile phone.
The man, from Lindley Terrace in Nottingham, pleaded guilty to the offence at Derby Crown Court and has now been jailed for a total of 15 months.
