Have not seen anything regarding this; there's no LTB on it.
Sounds like managers are making it up as they go along.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

I've got the last week of Nov and 1st week of Dec been nearly a year not sick so I'm having 2 weeks bad back ..... Can't wait :nana

Can see more people going off sick if they basically just black out November & December.
Flogging us to death in winter,with no chance of annual leave take its toll on workforce
