How long does it normally take for getting back hours to show up on the app for having a bank holiday on your day off? Still haven’t received anything for the last bank holiday in August, is this normal?

Whenever you're COM/support OPG can be bothered inputting it on the computer.
No almost a month is just sheer laziness and hoping you forget about it.

I’ve had managers tell me don’t worry it updates automatically, it doesn’t, it has to be manually put into psp , once put in it normally updates on the people’s app within 1/2 days. Don’t let them away with it , I know people that have lost numerous bank holiday credits by not chasing it up.
