Not impressed with the way it's been handled by Equiniti. Received one payout months ago but only for part of my shares. Having rung them twice regarding the other part they told me both times it would be paid imminently, but still nothing...Hopefully third time lucky if I call today...

Well it's now Jan 2026. Equiniti have had my shares certificate and info since September 2025 and I still haven't been paid. Every time I ring up they keep fobbing me off with they're running a month behind. Is anybody else having to same issue getting paid?

Hi Jade, yes same here. I've communicated via phone, email and letter, every time I'm fobbed off. Really depressing
