DOOR TO DOORS HOW DO YOU DO YOURS
Just thought I would start this thread as generally everyone does not like doing them so I thought if anyone had any good ideas for making them easier we should share it with RMC members.
What I try to do is take as many as possible on the quieter days (Mondays and Tuesdays) by prepping them in the normal mail and take where I am going. Unless it is a very quiet week this usually means that by Friday I usually have between 10 and 20 left to deliver where I have no mail for.
The drawback is that unless they are very light D2Ds or there are less than 3 - I don't have a proper light day, but then come Wednesday, Thursday and Friday I don't have as much to carry as those who do 20% per day.
Anyone got any other methods.

I don't know how you can do 20% unless you always get the saturday off. I get monday off one week, tues off the next etc, so can rarely do them 20% a day. Sometimes I do quarter every day, but by the end of the week I'm sick of the sight of them, so from now on I'm doing as many as I can mon/tues, and hopefully finish them off on my third day of the week.

The managers has said that we got to do 20%mon-fri and they don't go out saturday. Once to make it easier I did 25%, but of course it went over and the manager has the nerve to refuse to pay me docket because I took 25% instead of 20%, so now if I am on a round for a week (or even if its different rounds and with reg posties say so.) its 20% perday, and if any left at the end of the week then its up to him to clear them.

I look at them on the Monday. Tuesday i move em from one side of the frame to the other. Wednesday Move em back to the other side of the frame.
Thursday I look at them again. Friday im always to busy and Saturday You dont do em. And on the next Monday the D2D Fairey come and takes them away. And then it starts all over again.

We've got so many of those D2D fairies in our office we've been told we're bringing down the national average!I've never been so proud
Any married man should forget his mistakes. There's no use in two people remembering the same thing.
