I don’t understand what you are trying to get across. Have you spoke with the Area Rep if u have no rep in your unit?

If your gonna complain you don't have a rep in your unit, be the rep in your unit. Only way we can change this union for the better is more reps that actually do the job. Less reps there are less feedback the area reps and higher get.
