Go and work for them then.
Ah yes, the good old "go and get another job then!" argument. :dance

Congratulations on that response :thumbup
What else would you suggest? Earning the same as a brain surgeon or airline pilot? It is an unskilled manual labour job, and you are being paid applicably. Check out the comparable jobs that earn our wage on average - chefs, roofers, bricklayers. They all earn a similar wage to us. If you want a better paying job, then you need to learn a skill and qualify for one.
Thank you Norman Tebbit :dance

No idea about chefs but I've got mates that are roofers, bricklayers, landscapers, etc and they're on roughly twice as much as me on a full time 37hr 'legacy' contract.

So by quoting myself with a jaunty smilie you literally have no answer? I know you are barely capable of cogent thinking but what would you suggest is adequate pay for the work we carry out, given the lack of qualifications or skills needed to perform it? What comparable job out there do you think we align with?

I would have thought you would have more in common with Tebbit given your disdain for immigrants?

You seem to have misread the ballot. You were voting for a pay rise. You are getting more money. It is a rise in pay.
At the end of 3 years our pay will be worth less than it is now

Love to hear you explain how that's a pay "rise"
Because you are getting more money than you were before. You can’t blame the state of the economy, the scandalous situation with our utilities companies being destroyed by overseas hedge funds and other bill rises on the CWU, Royal Mail or ‘Yes’ voters.

I love it when people who can’t even spell ‘you’re’ accuse me of being thick. Oh the irony. Go and educate yourself.

I wonder what the ballot result would be like if it was broken down by function for each branch.

I never even got a ballot paper, rigged to f**k!

Asked my rep to chase it up, never got back to me.

I wonder what it would be like if everyone had a chance to vote, my prediction would be 60-40% vote no, but this shitty corrupt union wouldn't allow that
