Post by nuns »

Trying to find out people who's had a transfer in past couple of months.

What area did you transfer? Where you made to work Sundays or basically be treated as a new starter ?

There is a form to fill out on the people's app you can fill in and asks you your 1st 2nd 3rd choices of office and whether you will be willing to work Sundays and are willing to reduce contracted hours.

I said no to Sundays and no reduction in hours and haven't had any response for 3months so highly unlikely to be moving anytime soon

yeah if ur on the old contract, you keep all ur terms and conditions if u work mon to sat the now u wont be working sunday, dont listen to the scare mongering, nobody in the right mind would accept a sunday if there used to working mon to sat, a lot of smaller offices dont do sunday working anyway ,any new guy in mine dont do sundays either so lot of scare mongering
