So the new vertical way of working is coming been told No money you have to do it yourself with help from planner, okay good luck with that.
Absorption now going into mech, was told absorption was going to be attached to frames, now nope that not happening no money again, absorption walk stays but expect the 3 posties to prep their own absorption.

They came in to our office Monday.
We were promised it would all be done and the fillets all changed so everything would be perfect for Tues Morning.
And as we thought...they disnt even have enough time to do half the office!
So came in tues to my frame being vertical but all the fillets in the wrong place and nothing matching up.
So un clipped it all and put it back to how it was.

Why pay Agency Guys £17 per hour to do a job they obviously couldn't do when they could have just asked us to do it and paid us 1hr overtime.

Agency guys wanted to carry on working after the last SA guy had left so Rang the Manager and he just said give them the keys and let them lock up as when the leave!

Agency came in to rearrange the office at our last revision. Their handiwork reminded me of the second episode of Fawlty Towers. More than a few wings bolted onto frames are not load bearing!

Probably 100%, under these circumstances they don't waste any time whatsoever when it comes to f***ing things up, last time it happened here albeit about 15 years ago they added different lapsing to our current lapsing onto the fittings, no one knew apart from the resident brown noses who came in on the Sunday to help

Why would you help out a company to try and give you more work ffs
