Aye Angard staff can walk around doing nothing and get away with it. Talk on their phone all night and nothing is said. Get paid £3 an hour more than CWU grade and earn more than £22 an hour on a Sunday night.

Time our crap union fought to live us up with Angard wages.

Royal Mail own Angard. It's a zero hours contract in through the back door.
They might only get the one shift a week though. All well and good saying someone earns £100 an hour, but if they are only allowed to work one hour a week it pales into insignificance. Your job security is not precarious like theirs.

The permanent staff also have issues with line management. The treatment of employees across the board isn't great. Whether Angard or not if you raise any sort of concern it's laughed off.

Why don’t you resign from RM and sign up with Angard?
