There won’t be any but the union can say they’ve agreed a 2 year package. Doesn’t matter if no one gets it.

Might as well announce a 5 year package we've got a few vacancies so no chance here and heard that some office's in the area have up to 30% vacancies

It was always unlikely there would be many as the company is chronically understaffed.
They are starting to realise that this new system will not work.
If you want out and are young enough to get a fresh start, just go. The rest of us will just have to tough it out until retirement or until the sphinx decides to rip the company to shreds. Either way won’t be great.

This is not true. However the number of potential Voluntary redundancies numbers and when they will be given will be determined by how the USO will be introduced and when a unit is deployed and linked to their post implementation review.
