Being done today, no explanation how they will work yet

Why didn’t they update all fittings first? They were changed to vertical, now this and we’re still pulling a bit from here and a bit from there.
It would have taken about an hour maximum per fitting and made everything that follows sort of make sense

Our frames were wrapped today and some had the fittings changed to vertical. Does this mean we are all set?

My frame has been vertical for years - nothing to do with USO - RM planned to do this years ago in every office but stopped

Forgive me but what is a wrapped frame?

Is that the yellow/blue labelling on the IPS for 2nd class?

What I don't understand is that we were told when it comes in that Door to Doors have to be in the frame on a Monday and they cannot roll over to the following week.
So if you get 5 door to doors across 4 frames then that is literally going to take hours and we are meant to be relying on Saturday indoor staff?

Not enough indoor staff to put them in and we roll ours over - can't do a week's d2ds in 2 days!

Is that the yellow/blue labelling on the IPS for 2nd class?
My understanding is that the IPS frame gets a section in it exclusively for 1st class and different holes are used for 2nd class. Slots in the IPS will be labelled as either yellow or blue for the second class. Pink is used for 1C on the IPS frame. That's wrapping that particular frame (IPS). 1C section of the IPS will get cleared daily but only the yellow or blue (one not the other) will get cleared depending on which walk is going out.

However, the RM2000 frames (fittings) also get "wrapped". Take a pair of frames that currently go out together and another pair that use to go together to make four frames total. "Wrap" one pair in yellow tape and the other in blue. Wrap rurals or singletons in pink (they always go out under this scheme so they can share the pink tape from the 1C on the IPS. There is an aerial view of an office shown in an RMTv video showing the pretty colours...

In the picture above, if you look closely, you can see the frames are edged in hi-viz yellow, blue, or pink and hence have been "wrapped". The frame table also has a big square of sticky back plastic showing the same colour.

If you have an issue with colour vision deficiency (commonly known as colour blindness)...you may struggle as there are no written labels.

Sounds like new trials (& trials offices?) coming although no real explanation as far as I could work out how the trials are different but it sounds like ODM is dead and a new "light and heavy" model is going to replace it?
