Its obvious the trials need to be stopped and other sensible plans / ideas talked about. Always the same in our company , and we pick up the pieces.
The trials are effectively over anyway, it all starts going live later this month with DOs starting it in phases. In each MC area it'll be 2 or 3 DOs start it at a time, in each phase. No idea how long RM plan to have between phases.
It has to go to a vote of the union members before it comes in.
No it doesn't!!!!!!!
It does according to Martin Walsh.
Don't think RM give a f**k what the union thinks, it's going live this month. The separate trays of 1C and 2C manual letters and flats between MCs and between MCs and DOs is effectively already gone live.
Just because you are segging stuff, doesn't mean it's coming in, I'm telling you, they were planning on bringing it in until recently, when the union admitted that the trials are a disaster, now it's gone all quiet.
We've been told that it IS going live this month.

Eh? Why are you so obsessed with me? Is it a case of "stalking" :left: :left: should I report you for being inappropriate? :Boo hoo! In fact, the way you are presenting yourself is inappropriate and seems like online bullying tbh.

Good practice for when they launch the new way of working and it's 3 days mail every Monday!

Busy like every Monday because we have no LAT or Sunday deliveries from our office or indeed anywhere near our office.

Lol do you mean my tie-pins/ties and glass plaques for multiple years service awards? Something you will never be afforded because RM doesn't respect it's employees now. :no no

You’re not even a current employee. Stop living in the past.

(PS: Maybe you should stick with ChatGPT to avoid unsightly typos and greengrocer apostrophes such as those underlined? Just returning the compliment from the other post, chum :Very Happy .)

Very quiet.

If we had a 'job and finish' setup we'd have been going home 1 to 2 hours early.
