I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now

Do you not think it's a bit misleading though? Sameday to most UK places, I doubt someone in Edinburgh can ring up at 1.30pm get the item collected within an hour and expect it to be there for 5. There will have to be a timelimit in relation to distance.
Not cheap too:
For a small van from some RM place in Edinburgh to RM HQ in London, (Chosen Edinburgh as I mentioned it above and obviously some distance) spending upto 5k on the service a year will cost £442.05!
Think I'd just wait for next day and use special delviery haha. Will save me a few hundred quid.
