It's outdated now, nobody will be doing double mail everyday, unless you're a non driver.
Oh? We have been given the booklets and been told We will have 4 rounds with groups of 3 signing into them. Nice big posters showing us and asking us to write questions on them.all frames converted to vertical prep
That was the original plan, now it's all mail one day, and first class and tracked the next.
Im confused. Thats just the same plan. The same plan its always been.

The double mail comes from the fact that the second class isnt being touched on two walks each day in the grouping.

Most mail isnt first class so when the two posties move onto the walk that only had 1st class and tracked done the day before - its essentially double mail

First class and tracked off Walk 1 and 2 is what Postie A does whilst Postie B and C does all items on Walk 3 and 4
The original plan was for 2 people to do the double mail everyday, and for the single driver to do first class and tracked.
Nah the plan has been for a long time, if not from the start of the pilots, for the drivers to rotate between the core and combined duties daily - someone hasnt been truthful with you somewhere down the line
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

WTF are you on about?
Agreed, I don't get it?!?!?

Do what the managers say, go home, who gives a shite! if they want to run the business down, let them. I couldn't care less, the minute I do care I'll change my job. If I get sacked I don't care, if I want another job I'll start looking!

It's not 1974 anymore.

Some of the pilots are still doing what I described according to Martin Walsh.

Looks like Evie has it best. Monday - Friday and no double mail.
