RMDCP pension age to claim, and change of address

Started at RM in August 2008, left due to IHR August last year. Moved home recently and cannot find any paperwork or information relating to my pension. Can anyone tell me how I would register a change of address. Never really bothered looking into my pension as I thought I still had a few good years in me. Cannot find specific information on the age you can claim as I believe it changed in 2008. Pretty sure I'm not registered on the RMDCP site so not sure what information I need to produce to register.
