Can telephone interview with atos over ride a gps sick note?

ohs should be sending a report back to your dom with the report saying u are having physio and if you came back to work to early it could disrupt your physio so no rehab yet and when u do u have a buld up to full hours over a few weeks not 1 week then full hours

No doctor will recind anothers sick note. as for 'a toss' they are not doctors but trained nurses they cannot overide your gp if they should dismiss anyone it's going to be one way trafic at any tribuneral as (unless they have evidence of you being fit enough to work) i'd fight them all the way so much r.m caring for ''' our people'''

i have heard there are some great reps in the mail centre go and see one of them im sure they will help you.

I was off work for 2 and a half month went back to work initially 3 weeks light duty still wasn't right after this and the atos sorted me another two weeks light duty in her words your health is more important than the job.
just thought id give another side of this.
