local office bonus - week 32 argument

Post by faintree flyer »

our dom has informed us today that there will be no local office bonus - despite us saving thousands of pounds!!

he claims a national agreement by the CWU means that any savings made up to week 32 of the last financial year do not count.

however our local and area rep deny any knowledge of such an agreement!

anybody heard anything about this!! :cfo

A couple of years ago we had a manager at macclesfield who told us there were over £60k in savings!!!! he stated in front of over 100 people that the money was there, but our area rep would not sign up for it!!! "the papers are on my desk right now!" he said. when asked our rep knew of no figures ,no £60k savings, and the manager had not even told him of this money/figures!!! bonuses, mickey mouse shares, savings all bullshit!! get the cash on your basic every week and shove the other s**t where the sun don't shine!!! Alas "billy liar is no longer at our office now he has done all his dirty work.......... he has gone on to pastures new!!!!!

We're not getting any bonus :Very Happy because we're so over budget :nana :nana and it's continuing this year (we're massively over budget already so I can't wait until the year end to see how much we've gone over)

Maybe they'll alter the 50-50 scheme this year so if we go over, we owe them 50%? :cool

At last weeks WTLL session our DOM admitted that he didn't actually know our office budget for the new year. I find this strange, why hasn't it been worked out yet? :hmmmm
