You forgot the non drivers v drivers? There's also a split between the new starters covering walks and rurals?

Also a split with the unit reps who mooch around doing nothing hoping to get a call to attend a conduct meeting or return to work

It's mostly every person for themselves where I work already, but this new way of working is going to cause a lot of friction.

New starters this year seem to last 2 weeks before you never see them around anymore, I just can't work out why.

More drivers against non drivers, they are absolutely terrified that non drivers might get more saturdays off and some(not all)would gladly see non drivers made redundant/sacked/ or made to walk a with a hct all because they may get summit a tiny bit better than what they have but in nearly 30 years in the job I expect nowt else with a lot of the people I work with.

Out and out selfishness is at the heart of the CWU. That's why the jobs like it is.
