Without drop off boxes, the whole dropping off/replenishing more work to someone else doesn't work. We tried it before and you need to be in perfect sync with each other, which never happens.
Works perfectly at ours. Replenishment driver covers 6 HCT duties. Takes out the oversize parcels for those 6 duties and drops out bags when the HCT needs to be replenished. They just call the driver about 10 minutes before they need the bag. Used to do one of the duties for a short time about 5 years ago and never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for the bag.
How do they call the driver? On their own phones? Not using mine to do THEIR (RM) job for them !
The PDAs have a built in phone functionality
You can only call the programmed in saved numbers.
It'll be fairly easy to programme in your managers no's? Or you're manager will just call you each day to ask you were you want the van to meet you.
It’s stupid that the pda can scan, photo, track, and spy on us but you can’t call the person your working with :arrrghhh
You can't even call the RAC as the number programmed into the PDA's has changed!!

What's happened to the weekly, or was it bi-weekly?, CWU updates, since TB came up with the nonsense about only walking 12K steps a day and the start of the use of heart monitors we've not had any further updates?

Oops the heart monitors were just a pilot which was meaningless, you should be walking at least 25,000 steps per day on a walk you lazy postie, also you don't deserve "legacy" pay now because we can employ people on minimum wage. Yours sincerely Dave and Martin - CWU execs :dance

Any problems with this then just grow a pair and speak to your COM.

Our meeting last week on the impending ODM included the immortal words: "this has all been agreed by your union".
The machine stops.
