I'm on a 25 hour dpr contract and going to be switching to be a reserve for duties. Manager has said my contract will stay the same, just my hours will switch from afternoon to morning.
I have 6+ months of overtime so I get a good bit of extra pay when I have annual leave.
Will this be unaffected? I saw someone say on this forum that they changed from pt to ft and their 6 months of overtime pay qualification got reset and had to build up another 6 months so I'm worried about that happening (though I am staying on the same hours)
If anyone has any experience will this your info will be appreciated!

Re: Holiday pay entitlement
If you still intend working similar OT then it shouldn't be an issue, if you do less your holiday OT pay will reduce accordingly.

Re: Holiday pay entitlement
I went from pt to ft about 4 years ago, I also do a lot of overtime and it never affected my average holiday pay
