Would be interested to know if you were clearing these duties which I'm suspecting is the case. If so this is why they keep coming to you, you're getting them out of the sh1t!.

Force them to do the same to everyone in your DO.

This is the way to deal with this.

You see, the managers that are doing this too you will then be forced to do the same to thier "mates" that they are looking after.

And that REALLY p***'es them off.

We had another revision 8 months ago and nobody has signed for a duty since

Ha ha this is going to be my approach from now on.

Anyway they've decided since "they are allowed" to move people that they're going all in on it, half the office got moved today - I must have been the test dummy ... all you can do is cut off I suppose.
