I have uniform i no longer need
What is the correct way of disposing of it and if it just goes in the bin do I cut the rm logo out .

The official way is to take it back to your old office for them to return it.

I kid you not, I offered to bring it back the week after I resigned and was told by my manager to keep it as a souvenir!
And never was I asked to give my ID back!
Anyway keep it, could come handy if you are ever invited to a fancy dress party!

If you've got blue shirts then those are in demand. If it's the new stuff then wash it three times to destroy the rub-on logo and toss it in a bin where it belongs.
