'We haven't got room to store it in the MC, it'll get sent to the DO's'

Nothing has changed for us, it's always been around a 50% deferral rate for usA2B wrote: ↑22 May 2025, 15:56Well something changed...
The early learnings are:
DTS still not working at the right level in terms of deferring letters, resulting in higher than expected call rate. This has now been fixed.

Any that comes out the rejects of a CSS will go to the DO. Last I heard the 1C and the 2C will be in separate trays which will all go out to the DOs. Larger MCs might have the room to hold it, we don't. On the late shift ALL space on the floor is sorting space. Warehouse space is taken up by the 2C packets and any inward packets that come through during the day.yellowbelly wrote: ↑22 May 2025, 19:36From previous answers given on threads I would imagine the answer that will be given to that question will most likely be:

'We haven't got room to store it in the MC, it'll get sent to the DO's. If anything, mail will be dispatched at least 3 months late to DO’s who will have to start deliveries at 6pm and deliver through the night, 8 days a week.’
