Reserves in RCS

I’ve just got the DOM/COM support job in our office. We are a USO reform trial office and have made a lot of our reserves up to Full time. Now I’ve changed their hours in RCS, I get a message saying that the Reseves in the 507 don’t match that in the Reserve Configure. Can I change the reserve configure myself to match the new total in the 507?

That sounds like the base data isn't right. You'll need the base data correcting. Planners maybe?

You would be better asking tech questions on the new "My Robin" app as you will get a more accurate answer from someone in the know.

What did your Dom/Com say when you asked ?

I don't think you can change that figure as it's something to do with your unit's dds/tm1?/awd.

Welcome to the world that is RCS, where the fudging of figures matter more than the accuracy it's meant to reflect.

Congratulations on your new role but please beware that most units have had these roles cut in recent times.
